Unreleased Data Cleanup
Remove BOMs, products and components that have never entered released or production-authoritative state. Release history, production genealogy, inventory/procurement history, approved qualification, certifications, issues and waivers remain protected.
Unreleased BOMs
DRAFT and REVIEW BOMs are eligible only if they have never been released and are not referenced by demand, parent assemblies, genealogy, ECO/ECR, issues or waivers.
Products
A product can be deleted only when every board revision, BOM and design package is unreleased and there is no production, certification or controlled-governance history.
Components / Items
Approved or previously approved components, components in released BOMs, inventory, procurement, qualified MPNs/alternates or production genealogy cannot be hard-deleted.
